If merchandise is damaged or misprinted, I'll first work to secure you a replacement.
If I'm unable to replace your damaged merchandise, I will issue you a refund for the cost of the product.

I offer a non-refundable flat shipping rate for different product groups, such as all T Shirts have a shipping rate of $4.
All physical CDs have a non refundable shipping rate of $3.
I base these shipping rates on the rates we pay when shipping your product to you.
I use the dropshipping company Printify to fulfill most orders.
I use the USPS to mail CDs.
